This is DJ Mafia House. In This blog I'm gonna be takin albums and mixtapes from various upcoming artists and giving you my feedback on them in the format of a review. If you're anupcoming musician who hasn't got with me yet, hit me up at mafia_house@live.ca and I'll tell ya what I'm about.

Here's how we're gonna break down the reviews ratings:
Lyrics: Rating of lyrical content, how real the lyrics are and how they relate to the artist. Points are deducted for constant repetition, swagger-jacking, cliche lyrics, non-sensical lyrics, and failure to maintain a lyrical flow.
Beats: Complexity of the instrumentals used. Is there a variety? How well are the beats put together? Points are deducted if the beats featured are overly similar to one another, serious lack of variety of any kind and beats that are, frankly, boring.
Features: How good are the features the artists chose to be on the album/mixtape? Do they add variety and a different sound to the artists tracks? Points are deducted if vocalists cannot sing, features are so much like the original artist that it's difficult to tell the difference between the two, the feature takes away from the song all together with their lyrical content, style or flow, and if the features are too repetitive in any sens (flow, style, lyrical content, verse quality-this applies to all features as a whole).
Production: Is the mixing and mastering of the track solid? Points will be deducted for lack of mixing quality, some tracks are mixed better than others, and any other inconsistancies that are detectable
Content: This pulls everything together in an othervall content catagory. It stacks lyrical quality, against lyrical content, against instrumental variety and quality into one rating. Points are deducted for content repetition (lyrical or instrumental), and any other aspects that may make the album boring or tedious to the listeners.
OVERALL RATING: An average of all the above catagories to form an overall rating of the album/mixtape as a whole.
